We know that “有上必有下，有下必有上”.
But, exactly, do we know when & where is the trend reversal?
The answer is, straight forward: NO, we’ll not know.
We often hear “ai yo, wasted, i wanted to buy that time”. Why?
The answer lies: calculated risk, are we taking?
To catch a reversal:
Support must hold, ie, the recent low must NOT be violated, be it:
(1) yesterday dc or dl
(2) trendline support
Which to use, is up to individual’s risk tolerance.
Capitaland remains something i watch as a long candi in coming sessions:
(1) nice trade summary for a downtrend stock
(2) at trendline edge, rebound from there?
(3) at 50ema
Sure, it’s often dangerous to long a downtrend stock, thus, tight sl must be adhered to.
B4 taking a long position, i always have a sl 1st.
